Black Friday & Christmas Sale Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Mud Organics (referred to as “Mudganics”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). These Terms & Conditions outline the special terms applicable to our Black Friday and Christmas sale period (the “Promotion”). By participating in this promotion, you agree to the following terms in addition to our general website Terms of Service and Privacy Policy available at mudorganics.com.au.

1. Promotional Period

●      Black Friday Sale: Begins 13 November 2025 and ends 1 December 2025.

●      Christmas Promotion: Applies to purchases made between 2 December 2025 and 24 December 2025.

●      Offers are valid while stocks last and may end earlier without notice.

●      No rain checks or backorders are available once stock sells out.

2. Discounts & Promotions

●      Sale prices are automatically applied at checkout or via advertised discount codes.

●      Discounts cannot be combined with any other offer, code, or loyalty reward unless stated otherwise.

●      Gift with Purchase offers are available while supplies last and may vary per region.

●      Promotional items are not exchangeable or redeemable for cash or credit.

3. Shipping & Delivery

●      During peak sale periods, dispatch may take 3–7 business days from order confirmation.

●      Once shipped, delivery times may be impacted by courier delays or network congestion beyond our control.

●      Cut-off Dates for Christmas Delivery:

○      Australia Post (regional/non-metro): 7 December 2025

○      Team Global Express (Perth Metro): 22 December 2025

○      Team Global Express (Australia Metro): 19 December 2025

●      Orders placed after these dates may not arrive before Christmas.

●      Tracking information will be provided once your order is dispatched.

4. Pick-Up Orders

●      Perth warehouse pick-up orders are available until 24 December 2025.

●      Please contact the store directly to confirm stock availability before travelling. Store locations are listed on our Store Locator.

5. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

We value our customers and take great care to ensure the quality of every product.
However, due to the nature of our products (cosmetic and ingestible goods), we do not accept returns or offer refunds unless required under Australian Consumer Law.

Our policy is as follows:

●      Change of Mind: We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind or incorrect purchase decisions.

●      Faulty or Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, please contact us at support@mudorganics.com.au within 7 days of delivery.

○      Items will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

○      You may be asked to present the item at your local Australia Post for inspection before a replacement or credit is issued.

○      Please do not discard the product prior to assessment, as photo submissions are not accepted.

●      Store Credit: If approved, store credits are typically processed within 7–10 business days of receipt and inspection.

●      Final Sale Items: All promotional and discounted items are considered final sale and are not eligible for change-of-mind returns.

These terms do not affect your statutory rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), which entitles you to a remedy if a product is faulty, not as described, or fails to perform as intended

6. Stock Availability

●      All products are subject to availability.

●      We reserve the right to cancel or refund orders if stock is unavailable, in which case you’ll be notified and offered an alternative or refund.

●      We do not hold or reserve items once sold out.

7. Customer Service During Sale Period

●      Due to higher enquiry volumes during Black Friday and Christmas, please allow 3–5 business days for a response from our customer service team.

●      We appreciate your patience and understanding during this busy period.

8. Liability

●      Once orders are dispatched, delivery times are the responsibility of the carrier.

●      We are not liable for courier delays, customs processing times, or lost items after dispatch, except where required under the ACL.

●      Shipping fees are non-refundable for courier delays.

9. Amendments

Mud Organics reserves the right to update or amend these promotional terms at any time without notice. Updates will be posted on this page and take immediate effect.
