1. Eligibility

●      The guarantee is available only on first-time purchases of the Peptide Collagen Moisturiser made through our official website.

●      Requests must be submitted within 30 days of the order delivery date.

2. Conditions of Refund

●      At least 50% of the product must remain in the container at the time of return. Empty or nearly empty products will not be eligible.

●      Customers may be required to return the product (at their own cost) to qualify for a refund.

●      Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

3. Exclusions

The guarantee does not apply where:

●      The product was damaged due to misuse, neglect, or failure to follow storage instructions.

●      Refund requests are made for reasons unrelated to product performance (e.g. change of mind, personal preference for texture or scent).

●      Reactions due to individual allergies, sensitivities, or skin conditions that are not listed in our ingredient information. Customers are responsible for checking the ingredient list prior to purchase.

4. Process

5. Limitations
