CUSTOMER RESEARCH SURVEY
Terms & Conditions
- Entrants must be aged 18 years or over.
- Only one entry per person is permitted.
- To be eligible for entry into the competition, participants must complete at least 90% of the survey questions.
- The winner will receive a maximum of 25 Mud Organics serums posted quarterly to the recipient.
- The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.
- Mud Organics reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entrants and disqualify any entries that do not comply with these terms and conditions.
- The winner will be selected randomly from eligible entries and notified via email within 14 days of the competition closing date.
- If the winner does not respond within 14 days of notification, another winner will be selected.
- By entering the competition, participants agree to Mud Organics using their name and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
- Mud Organics reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of unforeseen circumstances or circumstances outside its control.
Privacy Policy
By entering the competition and providing personal information, participants consent to Mud Organics collecting, storing, and using their personal data for the purpose of administering the competition and contacting the winner(s). This includes but is not limited to sending marketing communications about Mud Organics products, promotions, and events.
Participants have the right to opt out of receiving marketing communications at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions provided in such communications or by contacting Mud Organics directly.
Mud Organics will not share or sell participants' personal data to third parties for marketing purposes without their consent, except as required by law. Mud Organics' privacy policy governs the collection and use of personal information and can be found on the Mud Organics website.
